CLEANLINESS DRIVE

“NO TO PAPER FLASHES and CANVASSES”

During elections, there is a heap of papers lying uselessly on the university road. As our social responsibility to maintain the essence of Swachh Bharat Abhiyan and also to raise awareness about wastage of paper we at Hansraj Haritima organized this cleanliness drive which saw an active participation of both teachers and students. The drive was a great success under the guidance of the Teacher-convener of Haritima, Dr. Justin Mathews.

ECO-ZONE

19 February 2020, New dustbins were installed to collect recyclable/ reusable waste produced within our college campus. The goal of this project is to promote waste management. This is one of many steps taken in making our college, efficient in waste reduction.

E-WASTE COLLECTION

As technology advances, the average lifespan of most electronic devices gets shorter and shorter. With the release of new upgrades every year, computers, phones, and other digital devices are increasingly made to be thrown away. The result? Global levels of e-waste disposal are on the rise which raises major health and environmental concerns. In accordance with this E-Waste collection Drive and aseminar was organized on ‘ Electronic Waste Management’ in collaboration with E-Parisaraa.
